Escalade Race: good recovery (9th)
For his first race since the marathon in Lausanne, Magali performed relatively well on output the path of the Escalade. In contact with the best just before the halfway point, it did not logically could accelerate when the Kenyan blew the peloton. But a good limit allowed him to return to the top -10, after a final sprint to 3 competitors. Slightly shortcut (Approximately 250m) Magali made his second fastest time on the race, after that of 2008 when she was much better prepared. In 16'06, she finished on the podium 45''and 1'21 of the world champion title 10'000m.
"I was quite surprised by many of my race and my time. For the past few days I tested my speed was not very good. So I was almost all the way to the bottom, but unlike other years when I was paralyzed after a tour with lactic acid, I was able to finish pretty well and even win a sprint to the finish at 3. I think the miles accumulated before Marathon has been beneficial, I have a good physical condition. "
The next deadline Saturday, December 11th for the race to Zion Christmas.
