Magali was doing this Sunday, his first competition as a runner ...! For 5 weeks, sessions of swimming and cycling reduced to nil, it should approach this race with new benchmarks: fewer hours of training overall, but more km on foot. September 20, 2010: Transition marathon

It is now 3 Magali Di Marco weeks on trains his new discipline, the marathon. For now, all is well. After a small decrease in tone (normal) after the last triathlon in Tours, the shape is good, the sessions are getting longer, and the feelings come back. Already three meetings (of 6) that exceed 20km.
" My legs hurt a bit, because now I have to adapt to (almost) only run, but I have good feelings. I begin to imagine to run between 3:45 and 4 '30km . But it will take me a few more sessions to gain confidence that I can run over 2:40 that fast. "
Next goal: Morat-Fribourg (7th in 2009 1'06'27). This will be the first race of Magali as runner ...
